Sehr unverschämtes Restaurantpersonal! Wir wurden vom Kellner als erstes gefragt,stilles oder sparkling Wasser. Wollten gar kein Wasser,dachten uns gehört zum service. Als dann das Wasser gebracht wurde, stellte sich heraus das die Flasche sparkling Wasser 500 Rupien kostet. Normalerweise kostet in Indien eine Flasche Wasser im Restaurant ca. 50 Rupien Zimmer in Ordnung Man kann es einfach nicht mit Hilton in Europa vergleichen. Located in a leafy quiet street, safe affluent area. Pool is open until 21.00, not 22.00 like the website says. But late opening is nice due to heat of the city so allows relaxation. Breakfast buffet manager Prabha Kant ensured I got my eggs royale every morning. Near to markets, shops, facilities and bus stop that takes you direct to main train and bus station in 5 mins. Lots of cheap restaurants near by. Away from all the tourist trap nonsense. Manager Mittu Alex was helpful in all my queries. Only problem is that the hotel requires a re-decoration as the decor looks tired. Otherwise, cannot complain about the price and facilities.

The common areas of the property were covered in a smell of a broken sewer pipe. When we first arrived it felt like our baby had just gone in his diaper until we realized it was everywhere. The first room also had this smell and we moved to a different room which was better. The staff was kind and accommodating. We were to stay at the same property on our way through Trivandrum again in a few days but have moved to another hotel.

The condition of the rooms are pathetic. The room floors were uneven and the carpets were old and dirty. The bed sheets were also not very clean. The only positive I found was that the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant also prepared delicious food.
