„This was a great place for family. We had a 2 week trip to Climb for a grandchilds therapy and this was perfect. With 4 young grandkids the pirate ship out back was perfect on good weather days. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The kids especially loved the bunkroom and reading net. Gretchen, our host, was easy to reach and did everything needed to make the trip special!“

„Our family had an amazing stay at this Franklin property. The setting was stunning and the home was beautiful. Great communication from the host. The only minor inconveniences were the 3 propane tanks were empty so we couldn’t BBQ - the host offered someone to come out to replace but our kiddos were starving so we had to cook right away. And the air hockey table was out of battery so didn’t work. But no biggie! We would happily stay here again and are looking forward to booking another trip! “

„Everything about this home made our stay wonderful! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, well stocked kitchen, and fun backyard. Located in a great spot an easy 5 minutes to Kroger. The grandkids loved the toys, kept them busy. Adults loved the fire pit and swings for after kids were asleep!“
