The service was also outstanding – extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super fresh and incredibly delicious! We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! We only stayed for one night, but next time we’ll definitely stay longer, because also the view from Raja Lima over the water is simply unbeatable! Caro & Felix“

„Affordable stay near the beautiful cliffside Diamond beach. Simple amenities were welcome after travelling for most of the day to reach this side of nusa penida from bali. Receptionist and team were lovely and accommodating, and always went out of their way to help with taxis or fetch anything you needed from town. „The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. The rooms looked clean but had bugs. We had 3 rooms and 2 of the 3 had bugs. The shower/toilet share the same area, so when you took a shower the toilet would get wet. Nothing new but when I closed the lid to the toilet, there were so many ants on the top of the lid. Our group found a few house spiders in each bathroom. They had soap/shampoo dispensers on the wall but each room had no soap. So basically no one refills them prior to guests ...

„We had a wonderful, wonderful stay at Suwehen Beach Cliff. The view was out of this world, the huts very clean and comfortable and the owner and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It is very secluded, which we loved, and very much off the beaten track. „The place feels very comfortable. The view is amazing. It slightly needs maintenance though. We could rent bike there, and it’s really needed because it’s 10-15km from the most popular sights. The breakfast is more like a snack, but for us it was not a problem. Most importantly the stuff there is very amazing, helpful and kind. We would definetelly come back!“

"Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – dank außergewöhnlichem Personal Das Hotel ist sehr groß und beeindruckt mit seinen geräumigen, komfortablen Zimmern. Doch was unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht hat, war das herausragende Personal. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Bambang, der uns zutiefst beeindruckt hat. Ich hatte beim Schwimmen im Meer meinen Ehering verloren – eine emotional sehr belastende Situation. Doch Bambang hat mit unglaublichem Engagement, Mitgefühl und Tatkraft alles daran gesetzt, ihn wiederzufinden. Sein Einsatz ging weit über das hinaus, was man erwarten kann. Man hat gemerkt, dass er mit ganzem Herzen dabei war. Dank ihm ging diese Geschichte für uns gut aus – dafür sind wir ihm unendlich dankbar. Bambang verdient nicht nur unsere größte Anerkennung, sondern auch eine Beförderung. Er hat diese schwierige Situation mit Professionalität und Menschlichkeit gemeistert – ein echtes Vorbild für exzellenten Service!"

"Unser Aufenthalt im Maya Sanur Resort & Spa war einfach traumhaft. Das Zimmer war perfekt ausgestattet – modern, sauber und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders das große, bequeme Bett und die ruhige Atmosphäre haben zu einer erholsamen Zeit beigetragen. Ein echtes Highlight war der eigene Pool: wunderschön, gut gepflegt und ideal, um ganz privat zu entspannen. Diese Kombination aus Privatsphäre und Luxus hat den Aufenthalt für uns besonders gemacht. Das Personal war stets freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt, grün und architektonisch sehr ansprechend. Was uns weniger gefallen hat? Ehrlich gesagt gab es nichts, was unseren Aufenthalt negativ beeinflusst hätte. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!"

"Unser Aufenthalt im Andaz kann mit einem Wort beschrieben werden: perfekt! Das Personal zuvorkommend, höflich, freundlich und professionell, mit einer persönlichen Note. Man hat sich gleich willkommen gefühlt! Die Anlage ist fantastisch, man fühlt sich mitten in der Natur und doch ist alles weitläufig, aufgeräumt und wunderschön angelegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und haben alles, was das Herz begehrt - eine kostenlose alkoholfreie minibar und Snacks versüßen zudem den Alltag. Ein absolutes Highlight ist zudem das Frühstück - a la carte und absolut besonders, mit vielen unfassbar köstlichen Gerichten. "
