« Cette hôtel hôtel est un réel cauchemar, cela se veut être un 5 étoiles mais en fait ils n’ont aucune notion du service client. De plus ils prennent les clients en otage notamment concernant les transports à partir de l’hôtel. Nous avons dû payer cinq fois le prix pour pouvoir aller dans une autre ville. »

« The suite was clean, spacious and equipped with the absolute basics in terms of kitchen bits and bobs. Amazingly there was a top loader washing machine! You could always ask for other items, staff and manager were especially helpful. Useful contacts were all displayed at the reception, taxi, breakfast lunch and dinner available to order. The beech is approx 1 mile and walked to it most days. Good selection of restaurants on the beechfront and along the way, plus shops, wine/beer and pharmacies....

« The hotel was lovely, staff were great and it was very clean. Had two lovely massages at the Spa. The only bad thing I can say is that the beds on the beach were all broken, I did point this out to the staff and they just said I know!! Other than that a truly fabulous holiday »

« Check in top avec Welcina (nous avons pu bénéficié de la chambre dès 11h et ce sans supplément) ce qui était un vrai bonheur après notre vol en provenance de Cochin arrivé à 8h). Une restauration de qualité avec une équipe avec un personnel attentif et disponible.
