« Je laisse 5 étoiles car le prix est très bas, ce qui rend la vétusté tout à fait en adéquation avec le service vendu. C’est propre. Le petit déjeuner est suffisant. J’étais déjà venu il y a 3 ans. J’ai réitéré pour le très bon rapport qualité/prix, et pour la proximité dans le bâtiment d’un restaurant très réputé et pas trop cher non plus. « It’s a good place. But there is no one there. All interaction is through text messages. Sometimes there is no housekeeping during the day. Once I had to take out my own trash and get clean towels. I’m getting to the age where I don’t like the lack of an elevator to get to the second floor. But overall, I would stay there again. »

« Some distance from the main road and no neighboor next to my room so it was quiet and I slept well. The room need to be renovated. Everything is dark and smell bad. Althoug smoking is forbidden since many years, the old smoke smell has not been removed. Armchair, A/C, bedspread and curtains are very old and shall be changed. Lighting is insufficient. »

« Both the kickback meal and breakfast were excellent and saved us money by not having to eat out. The extra perks of unlimited soda and popcorn make the money spent on our room an even better value. Our room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for checking out the area. We would definitely stay here again if in Iowa city area in the future. »

« At check in, noise from water feature was so loud the receptionist and I had to shout at each other. To get to the converence center it was necessary to walk some distance throgh smoke filled casino. Buffet open only Thurs-Sun leaving only fance dinning or snack bar as options. Wait staff and service in fancy dinning slow and did not seem experienced, needing reminding what servicing pieces were needed. »

« The room was so disgusting I demanded to speak to the manager. After telling me there was nothing available they finally found me a room that was adequate to sleep in. Breakfast was just OK. Would not recommend. »

« Beautiful hotel with clean, pet friendly rooms. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Quite a few items were not available - yogurt, juices, oatmeal, peanut butter. Hotel is fairly remote from other businesses and not within walking distance of restaurants. »

« This would've been a five star review but for the postage stamp size pillows. If you don't mind sleeping on a throw pillow great! But if you want something bigger this isn't the place for you. The hotel could at least provide a variety. One woman who asked for a regular size pillow never got it »

« My wife and I had a great stay. The room was clean and super nice. They went out of their way to ensure there was something for everyone at breakfast. We will definitely stay again. »

« My flight didn't get in until 8:30 pm. When I called the motel, I was informed they stop doing shuttles at 5 pm. I had to pay for a taxi at $25 to go 4 miles to get from the airport to the motel. Pretty unhappy about the lack of a shuttle when this has never been an issue anywhere else I've stayed near an airport. »
