« We made the reservation over a week ahead of time but when we arrived they said we couldn't stay because even tho we had moved to Arkansas, we were considered "locals". They need to say that up-front instead of waiting until we arrived. Luckily, Holiday Inn Express in Dyersburg accepted our money for the night. Will NOT recommend to anyone. »

« One chair in a room with 2 queen beds. Where are the other people booked in the room supposed to sit when they aren't sleeping? VERY noisy from highway noise as we were assigned a room on that side of the building. I know the hotel is apparently "under renovation" but just about everything was run down, poorly designed, or simply in bad shape. This includes the front walkway falling apart, landscaping that is just trashy, shower door should be on the opposite end of the shower so...
