You have everything you need. We travelled with a toddler. The rooms are very small. we would choose a bigger room next time as a family.

Segr freundliches Personal. Zimmer werden alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Jeden Tag neue Handtücher. Einzelzimmer ausreichend gross. Kein Schrank, aber in Japan wohk üblich. Sehr gute Matratzen und 2 Kissen. Parkmögluchkeit gegen Gebühr. Auschecken um 10h, aber bis 14 Uhr verlängerung möglich (stündl. Gebühr 1000Yen). Subway und diverse convinientstors in 50m Entfernung. Gute Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Amerikanische Steckdose. Adapter kann man überall kaufen. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis top.

Great place to stay. Very close to Shinjuku station, making it possible to travel by metro in all of Tokyo. Breakfast has sufficient diversity and is quite delicious. Only small downside is that the rooms are slightly small.

Like all APA hotels, you receive a small, but positively compact room that has everything you need. It may be a bit small though if you actually use it as a double rooim. The hotel is also right next to Nishi Shinjuku Gochome train station and has several Konbinis basically in front of the door.

Our stay at the hotel was really good. Honestly we had everything we needed, exept for the heated toilet seat. Sadly but that was the only thing we missed there. The room in general was a bit small, same goes for the bathroom, but thats the norm for a hotel in Tokyo. The staff there was really friendly and helpfull and the room cleaning was allways perfect. Overall we was really happy with the time we spend at the hotel and can recommend the stay there.

Clean, has all amenities, yes room is small but they already mention this is a business hotel so it’s meant for solo or couple travellers who are ok with small room. We don’t care as we just go there to sleep but if you have kids then don’t choose this place due to room size. Everything else was perfect. Train station is across so super convenient.

The room was small, but given that it’s Tokyo, we had already expected that. The housekeepers were friendly, but the front-desk officers could’ve been more helpful. When we arrived on the first day unsure of what the luggage drop-off procedure was, nobody came to help, and when we eventually approached someone for help, the interaction was a rather unfriendly one. That’s a small issue, however. The hotel is located in a very convenient area which made it very easy for us to get from place to place. It was also clean and comfortable, and value-for-money.

It is near with subway line, unable to use jr pass. Room is quite compact as concept of APA hotel group. There is onsen in 2flr which is pretty nice after shopping. There is laundromat which is required 500 yen per time.

1. Location: Very easy to commute to HND airport. If you want to buy some snack in 24 hours convenience store, there are two right cross street. If you are visiting Ginza, shinjuku, roppongi or azabudai. You can use toei one day pass to travel, it saves you money. If you like dinning place, only suki ya or matsuya available. Better get some food in shinjuku if you like dinning in the restaurant. 2. Facility: I love the public bath at 2nd floor. And the water pressure is very good. (There is a swimming pool, we didn’t have chance to use it) 3. Service : The staffs are very helpful and friendly. It was raining one day in this trip. They offer me an umbrella to use when I travel in the city.

This hotel resembled a subpar Vegas establishment but with uncomfortably small rooms that lacked ventilation. Unlike many other hotels, there was no flexibility in check-in or check-out times. We did not receive any housekeeping services during our stay. Additionally, the staff seemed unprepared to assist foreign guests, struggling to understand and meet basic requests. The check-in process felt impersonal, relying on a confusing automated system for assistance.

Thank you again for taking the time to post your review.Regarding the cleaning of your room, we are forced to clean your room once every 3 days, but on other days we will only clean your room if you wish. If you wish to have your room cleaned, please attach the cleaning request tag attached to the inside of the door to the outside of the door.Regarding breakfast, we are open until 10am, but last order is 9:30am. I hope you understand.We look forward to seeing you again.

When we got into our room we were shocked at how small it was, which wasn’t a problem. We found hair on our bed sheets and in the bathroom, from a previous guest or cleaner not sure. What was super frustrating was having one person at the front desk tell us we could ship our luggage to our next hotel the same day as long as we dropped it off before 9am, unfortunately the next day when we checked out at 7:45am we went to drop our luggage off, a different worker refused to help us and told us there was nothing he could do and told us it was our problem. It was frustrating because we knew it could be shipped as the person who we asked the day before pulled out a whole binder with information and times that it would get to our next destination. It almost seemed like he didn’t wanna help us because the lobby was getting busy.
