Teurer Komfort mit Einschränkungen
In den oberen Etagen (Deluxe-Zimmer in den Etagen 25-28) sehr schöner Blick zur Rainbow Bridge mit Tokio-Panorama, allerdings nur mit Aufpreis für Rainbow Bridge Side. In den schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Zimmern gibt es leider zu wenig Stauraum für einen längeren Aufenthalt für 2 Personen. Das gebuchte Hotelfrühstück wurde seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt vor Corona stark abgespeckt, kann aber gegen Aufpreis für Club Breeze etwas aufgerüstet werden (von 10 bis 21 Uhr gibt es in verschiedenen Zeitfenstern Snacks, Kuchen, Imbiss, nichtalkoholische und alkoholische Getränke). Fitness mit Schwimmbad und Sauna sind für die genannte Zimmerkategorie inklusive und für die anderen Zimmer auf Rechnung möglich. Für die gebotenen Leistungen ist das Hotel etwas zu teuer.

It was a very well equipped hotel with good food and nice view. Just a bit far from tokyo centre. Having said that train station was so close to hotel and it made it very easy to travel around

We loved the location of this property.Eventhough it was further out of the main part of Tokyo it had very convenient access to the Monorail to Simbashi Station.Great views from the room with good sized Executive rooms...Really enjoyed the choice of snacks and quality of food in the Executive Lounge,and the service in the lounge given by Watanabe and his team was excellent.One thing that did let this hotel down was the breakfast choice in the Grill on the 30th floor..if you wanted fried eggs you could only have either a sausage or very fatty bacon without having to pay extra...in most hotels this would not be the case...no mushrooms,hash browns,grilled tomatoes were on offer and they really need to get a more powerful toaster or even for the size of the hotel 2 or 3 as people were queuing to toast their bread,rolls and croissants and using a toaster that took absolutely ages!!The dinner we had on the 30th floor Grill Restaurant however was delicious.The staff were very friendly in all areas.

This is a great hotel for anyone who likes Odaiba as location. It is either Hilton or Nikko and at this price point Nikko is a great choice. They accept overnight cruise guests and almost everyday a new cruise docks, so it can be overwhelming if you have any business at the lobby. Breakfast has long lines almost everyday. We used club room for breakfast but we see everyday long lines. We stayed 2 rooms for 4 nights. Overall we will come back

眺めはまぁまぁ。海側だったので25階だからいいというような眺めはなかった。反対側は東京タワー見れるのかな？ 当日予約したのですが、特典サービスがいくつかあったそうですが記載がわかりづらく知らずに時間過ぎてチェックインしたので全部逃してしまいました。 部屋は広くもなく狭くもなくの部屋でした。アメニティは充実でしたがカプセルコーヒーマシンは好みの味ではなかったので残念。部屋にあるウェルカムドリンクも充実していたのですがそれについても予約時の記載では内容がわからず買って持ち込んだので飲みきれず重いので持ち帰ることもできませんでした。 スタッフの方やベッドなどに何も不満がありません。 とにかく他のお部屋プランとは違う特典サービスなどが予約時にとてもわかりにくく、サービス分の料金は無駄になった気がしました。 朝のブレイクファストビュッフェは普通に美味しかったです。ウェイターさんは淡々としていました。

We enjoyed our stay . There are 2 shopping mall in the area connected to both train station and a Hilton hotel. Cruise terminal is half a mile . We love everything . Food ,shopping, park and small beach and has its own Statue of Liberty next to the Daiba City Mall. Also you can see the Tokyo tower and sky tree.

Very large hotel but very good condition. A bit out of the centre but the monorail is next door to take you to a main hub for the metro. Please note your ticket on the monorail does not work on the metro so just get a return and not a day pass, unless you plan to use it more than once. Also note there are two different metro companies and it’s not clear which is which so a day pass on one does not work on the other. I think you can buy a day pass to cover both for around 800 yen. Regardless it’s all very cheap compared to London as are the taxis

This place is exactly as described.. only thing is that the breakfast is so under rated. It's really really good. The inside is a little dated but it's clean, much cleaner than American 5 star hotels. The gym is better than any gym I've ever been to

Staff was very accommodating with request for new room since tub was dirty. Bathroom tiles show wear and tear but we were given a better room that had gorgeous views so no complaints there. Service and amenities were impeccable and we loved the walking distance to the shopping and eating areas close by. It’s one of the most beautiful hotels in Japan with a grand lobby entrance, decor, and ambiance. Breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced. Would return in a heartbeat!

The hotel had great views over the harbour and room size was very good but bathroom was dated and I’ve stayed in nicer 3 star hotels in Japan. DO NOT EAT AT THIS HOTEL! We had a drink and meal on the top floor which were both overpriced. Nice views but that’s it. The waiter spilt some of my drink too which he did clean up. Priced at Michelin star but average food. We had tastier food in the shopping centre opposite and its convenient location. Breakfast didn’t start until 7:30 and everyone was queuing. Also overpriced for average food. Better to grab something at combinis.
