Comfort and Convenience in Renovated 3 Bedroom Home near UConn

Located in Tolland, enjoy what this 3 bedroom house has to offer. Guests will find a fabulous space with plenty of room to spread out in our newly renovated home. Enjoy the convenient location; there can be some road noise because of how busy 195 is. The house is set back quite a distance from the road and the back of the house faces the woods for wildlife viewing.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a generous island if you want to cook during your stay. Both the living room and master bedroom have ROKU televisions for relaxation. The living room does have a fireplace however it can not be used. Guests can eat at the kitchen island or in the generous dining area that overlooks the patio and woods in the back.

The outdoor patio area has a table and 6 chairs and the backyard is fenced in.

You will be the only ones staying on the property. The garage attached to the house is not accessible to guests however they can park under the carport. There is a shed on the property which is also not accessible.

The house has a first floor stackable washer and dryer.

The maximum guests that can book the property are 6 (including infants and children). Please accurately tell us how many guests are arriving so we don't have to ask you to leave for exceeding our 6 maximum.

The house has window air conditioners which keep the home cool during warmer weather and each bedroom has a ceiling fan.
