We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffed—when we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am. According to their ‘proforma invoice’ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407...

« The day we went, we saw the sheets had been changed months ago. They were not fresh. Bathroom had a leaky faucet. Tv and room phone were not working. Above all the room was nothing like the pictures. Looks like they took the pictures when the hotel was new. It looks 50 years older now. »

« Great property, huge rooms with a separate sitting area. Balcony with great valley views. Food and beverage service is dirty and unhygienic. Sugar is dirty, lying open under the service desk at the canteen. No glass ware in the rooms for water etc. were provided paper cups, how un-ecofriendly. Even if you want to have any drink it’s the paper cups. They are going through 100’s of paper cups each day/ how easy to provide glassware in rooms. The room had dust and cobwebs. « The location of the property, the ambience, the hospitality of staff members, the food, and the Ayurvedic massage center were excellent. There's no elevator in the property, so if you are travelling with individuals who have difficulty walking, you must ask for a room on the ground floor. »

« Budget rooms, allowed for early checkin. There was no airtel mobile network inside the hotel. Airtel has barely any coverage in local sightseeing places. They dont have a restaurant. But very good options at walkable distance. The rest rooms were clean and maintained neatly. Decent budget stay. »
