The property offers easy one-level living and is perfect for additional guests or smaller group getaways. Enjoy a fun-filled game room with shuffleboard, foosball, and darts, along with a full kitchen, comfortable living area, and a screened porch that leads directly to the pool. You can’t beat these beautiful river views!



Step outside and enjoy everything this waterfront property has to offer. Relax by the private pool (opens May 1st — pool photos coming soon!), walk down to the dock for kayaking and fishing, or explore the beach area that appears at low tide. Guests also have access to kayaks, fishing poles, and a boat slip if you plan to bring your own boat or rent one locally.

Looking for more space? We have a Bungalow, which includes both the Main House and The Bungalow, accommodating up to 17 guests.



The Bungalow may also be reserved on its own for smaller groups, sleeping up to 5 guests. When booking the bungalow only, the Main House will remain vacant and will not be rented to other guests during your stay—allowing you to enjoy the property and amenities all to yourselves!

The area is also ideal for sport fishing and crabbing, with fishing charters available to the Chesapeake Bay.



Explore charming river towns for shopping, dining, and local festivals. Urbanna, Deltaville, and Irvington are all about 15 minutes away, White Stone is just 12 minutes, and Kilmarnock is only 20 minutes. You truly cannot beat this location with five towns within 20 minutes.

Pool & Waterfront Rules:

- Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool or river. The owner is not responsible for accidents, injury, drowning, or death.

- Children 16 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times while in or near the pool, dock, or waterfront.



Pool Rules:

-No diving

-No glass in or around the pool area

- No running on the pool deck

- No food in the pool

- Do not use the pool while intoxicated

- No urinating in the pool

Please rinse off before entering the pool when possible.



Dock & Waterfront Rules:

- The dock is located in shallow water. No diving from the dock.

- The dock does not have railings. Please use caution when walking, especially with children.

- Water shoes are recommended when entering the water due to shells and uneven surfaces.

- Wildlife is common in the river, including marine life and seasonal jellyfish.

- Wetsuits and life jackets are available for guest use while swimming, tubing, or skiing. Wetsuits may help reduce the chance of stings during watersports.

- Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.

- Use of kayaks, dock, and waterfront area is at your own risk.
