« Easy check in and check out and lovely condo. There was an awful mildew smell throughout the condo. We contacted the property manager who came by and after that it smelled a bit better. We would not stay here again, we both left feeling poorly due to the smell. »

« Look no further! Our stay was wondrrful, exceeding our expectations. Everything was clean, styled so nicely, and the bed was so comfy! The view was incredible! The beach from the back and the bay from the front. The sunset and sunrise was so stunning! Even with it being in a colder month while visiting we enjoyed walking the beach and saw dolphins within the hour we arrived, so nice! Our hosts even left little unexpected touches..k cups for coffee in the morning, binoculars for dolphin watching....

« Our family just returned from a great week at Surf City. The townhouse is closer to the beach than we anticipated and was very clean. The community was wonderful and everything was within walking distance. Both decks had a direct view of the ocean between the houses and it sits on s shore drive which is a less traveled road. »

« This is a wonderful vacation rental. We enjoyed ourselves at the beach, which was very close and very nice. It is a great place for families with dogs. Great fenced in backyard. That is very secure even for smaller dogs. Great view from the upper deck. We enjoyed a couple of meals looking out at the ocean. We had a couple questions and they got back to us very quickly. »
