Metro Toronto Convention Centre is a 15 minute walk away. Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon a request and not included in the price. Union subway and railway station is just a 10 minute walk from the building, which makes it very easy to get around without a car. A lot of main attractions such as the CN Tower, Ripley s Aquarium and St. Lawrence Market are less than 20 minutes away on foot. The Kitchen Table is the closest grocery store, 400m aways. The area also has plenty of restaurants.

We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti fraud measure. Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check in from the age of 18 Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. Please note that for our foreign guests we require a passport as an ID. * NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Globalstay has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: 150$ service call 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions.
