Sleeps up to 4: double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, best for a couple or 2 adults + 2 children. Separate kitchen with dishwasher, air conditioning, fast WiFi and a desk. Community pool open from 15 June to 15 September only.

Kitchen: separate and fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Bathroom: modern, with a walk-in shower. Building: lift to the 3rd floor. Seasonal community pool: open from 15 June to 15 September; closed for the rest of the year. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk.
