« The Condo unit was very nice, homey and clean. The back patio faces the woods. We enjoyed having coffee out there in the mornings. The location of the unit is right in the main area of Townsend. Lots of restaurants and things to do near by. The entrance to the Smoky Mountain entrance was near by. The pool is very nice and quiet, and there are rocking chair by the clubhouse that overlook the beautiful mountains. We for sure will be staying here again »

« We loved our stay. It was clean and had beautiful views. We had 8 bear sightings which was amazing. The only downside was the noise from the room from the condo above us. »

« Condo was as described very beautiful area at what seems like the top of the mountian we saw Bears every day we were there roaming the property. One PSA tip is to keep your car doors locked found out that bears know how to open doors and get inside after goodies :) Beddings and furnishings were all very comfortable and great pressure and heat on showers. »

« We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town. We even got to see a few bears a coyote and some wild...

« The chalet is very cozy , was no hot tub but otherwise very nice property . Would go out in the morning to drink coffee and see the bears in the yard playing. The pool was a 2 minute drive from the chalet . »
