« The size, configuration and amenities suited our party very comfortably. The location was convenient to our activities in Kitchener Waterloo. Ahead of our very late checkin, the host let us know of an issue with the furnace. He was able to mitigate with several space heaters, so we were comfortable for the remainder of the stay. « Communication with host was excellent. This is a good place for young travelers, not multi-generational. The property was clean and easy to locate. On the downside, the stairs were narrow, the beds were not very comfortable, and there was only one full bath so for morning shower with 6 of us, it took a long time. « House was very clean upon arrival and had all necessities we needed. Would prefer a little more transparency as far as the description of the backyard being private. We unfortunately didn't get to use the backyard the first couples days because the downstairs tenants were using it and sitting outside smoking most of time.
