Beautiful Home, Great Yard, Comfortable Beds!

We had a great time from start to finish. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. The neighborhood was nice and the pull around drive through was perfect for the boat and extra cars we had. The dock was very nice and in a nice cove to swim in. Perfect spot on the lake with several restaurants and bars a short boat ride away. Proposed to my fiancée here and couldn't have been happier with the whole situation. Don't forget the beds! Our bed AND pillows were dreamy!

Pleasant Stay for Short Trip

We already miss Lake Hartwell...

What a wonderful place to stay for a week on a beautiful lake...the house is clean and spacious and the view to the lake from the main floor is amazing! The house has entertaining space on both floors so the kids had their area (and we couldn't hear them!). The location is close to a marina and restaurants, too. Everyone had a great time and we agreed that lake life is more relaxing than our standard 30A summer vacay. We will be back throughout the year!

Everything wonderful. Quiet and lovely neighborhood, big private yard, awesome lake view and accessibility. Inside, clean and well stocked, obvious care for guests needs. Plenty of room for hanging out...yet bedrooms offer plenty of privacy and comfort. Overall, a home away from home. Loved it.

ABA Nationals

We were there for the ABA National Fishing tournament and the place was perfect!! There were 2 other fishermen that stayed with us. There is plenty of room to park 4 trucks with boat trailers and an additional vehicle. The inside had everything we needed and was very clean. The guys were able to spend the afternoon/evening working on their tackle and me and the dogs enjoyed sitting on the patio. We will stay there again for sure! Love the place!

Great property, great views, great place to be with friends and family! We fished, we boated and enjoyed 2 wonderful meals at the Portman Marina around the bend! We had a friendly Heron who frequented the cove and the neighbors cat stopped by when we were cooking out, but he was busy so he didn't stay long!

A Fisherman’s Dream

This property is the perfect scenario for any group of fishermen! You are close to a great ramp at the Broyles Recreation Area and you are in the perfect location to fish multiple sections of the lake easily. The house has a pull through driveway that is a life saver for anglers traveling with a boat, you all know what I mean
our group had three trucks, all pulling 20ft bass boats, and we had plenty of room for one or two more rigs of that same length. It’s rare that you find a house that will hold this many people and four or five rigs. There are plenty of outdoor plugins for multiple boats to charge batteries, and the boat dock has a lift and power to charge your boat, so we put our boat on the water Monday and didn’t take it off until Thursday. The house is nice and spacious, so even with a lot of people in there, you don’t feel on top of each other. The gas grill made it nice to cookout and enjoy the view of the lake while you enjoy dinner at the house. The access to a washer/dryer was also great after a rainy day on the water to get rain suits dried back out. This house is a perfect place for anglers to stay, so take care of it fishermen.

This home suited our family perfectly. It was exactly as described. Home was very well appointed. We didn't need anything. It was probably the cleanest home we have ever rented. The beds were extremely comfortable. The use of the dock with the lift was wonderful. Home sits directly across from a boat launch. Which was super convenient. We were able to see several beautiful sunrises out the back of the home. Plenty of parking available at the home. Owner was quick and easy to communicate with. Will look to rent again!
