"Ordered 2 nights at Ruby Hotel when I arrived I told them my booking number and that I booked through Hotels.com app. They said that they do not have any collaboration with hotels.com. I then showed them confirmation mail and even contacted hotels.com customer service and informed them of my situation. ..."

i‘m sorry and empty phrases
"no hot water in the room. staff would check it in the evening, they didn‘t. same situation in the morning. instead of going to manage it seriously they came twice to my room to check it like i‘m just too stupid how to use the tap. 2nd problem: by booking i ordered local seasonal fruits for breakfast ..."
