Read before you book
New, Beautiful, clean property. There is a big problem with noise from the road. The beds & windows shake when a car or truck passes by the building. Even in the shower you can hear the cars go by. I reached out to property manager and asked them to call me. They only wanted me to text them. They offered to send 2 sound machines. That did not fix the problem. I asked to be moved to an interior unit and they said not possible. I visited with other residents and they felt the same shaking as well. I looked up the owner of the complex and sent a nice email explaining the situation and again just asked to be moved. I feltIt became my problem. It was we are so sorry but we can't help you. Keep in mind I was in this property for 11 days paying a premium price. So after a few days I sent another email asking for some type of refund from the owner. No reply. In my original email I left my cell# and was happy to visit with him. I also suggested someone come and see,hear & feel what is happening at this new property. I only leave this so management will fix the problem.
