Room had not been fully cleaned. There was still food in the refrigerator. Lots of gnats in room. The worst was that our bathroom door did not fit in the opening. We contacted Riley, a maintenance man came and confirmed the door did not fit and we don’t see anything was done. There was a 1/4 inch gap which you had to hold with your knee, therefore no privacy for personal use. Riley kept apologizing for “the inconvenience” but did not respond when I asked if we could be moved to a new room. He then stopped responding to my emails on Friday and we left Sunday. Would not call me despite my request. We should be refunded our money. Will NEVER book with Mitten property mgmt and encourage others to avoid this business.
