From the villa, the Lake Como ferry (the main passenger ferry port of Cadenabbia) going to the Golden Triangle Towns of Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna, is just a 10-minute walk away.

The central western shore also offers easy access by bus/ car to Menaggio (13 minutes away) as well as the famous resort towns of Varenna and Bellagio (via ferry service from Cadenabbia).
