No one to welcome us, ok, I can live with that but no wifi code and no sign of breakfast (time, availability) in a bed and breakfast that’s pretty essential.

The Seaport Inn was ideally located for visiting the Discovery Loop. You’re between Trinity and Bonavista, both great places to visit, with Bonavista being closer and offering lots of dining options. Well worth the stay!

We stayed in room 109 which wasn’t too dated and was clean and adequate. The bed was really comfortable, nice hot shower. Breakfast at the restaurant was quite good. Enjoyed our stay.

We came during the off-season and it was a self-checkin, which I never experienced before but apparently common in Newfoundland. Very limited dining. The place was newly renovated with comfy beds.

The bed was great, comfy and clean. The bathroom is very old and in need of a makeover. The chairs and carpet had lots of stains on them.

There was no one there upon check in, and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk for check out, the restaurant (which was supposed to be opened) was closed so we had to drive into town to find something to eat. Wasn’t very convenient

The water had a tint of yellow color even though i tried to run the tap for a bit. The washroom sink was not draining properly and the shower pressure was low.

I was pleasantly surprised by my room. Based on the rustic condition of the rest of the property, I wasn’t expecting the room to be as up-to-date as it was. Very clean and very comfortable.

This was an adorable little inn with colourful exteriors on all the rooms. The room was like an odd little apartment with a full kitchen and a separate bedroom. While it was a little dated in terms of decor it provided everything we needed. The location is on a main road not particularly close to anything but there is a restaurant right on site if you don't feel like cooking in your little kitchen. There isn't really anything to do on the property but if you're just looking for a nice place to crash for the night it's a great option!

It is not easy to do a complete renovation of an old building and keep its character. Seaport has done an excellent job. Angela & Rebecca in the restaurant are outstanding servers. Their engaging smiles, conversation full of humour and efficient service is a model all eateries should aspire to.....The food was excellent too!

Inconvenient location, nothing close by. Restaurant food was good, but waitress was slow to take our order and didn't seem to be too interested in her job. Though, she did perk-up when handing over the bill and watched closely the amount of gratuity. Our room was on the 2nd. floor beside the stairs with the door which kept us up with banging shut. This was very annoying!
