« L'hébergement a besoin d'un peu d'entretien. Autrement, l'emplacement est très agréable. Quant au service, le personnel aurait besoin d'être plus serviable et réactif aux besoins des clients. Finalement, la nourriture était bonne mais pas excellente. Je pense qu'ils peuvent améliorer sa qualité et sa diversité avec un peu d'effort. »

« Le sol et la chambre étaient très poussiéreux, la wi-fi ne marchait pas , il n’y avait presque pas d’eau chaude. Sinon bien placé, parking sur car enclos, les gerants sont très sympathiques et aimables. Nous y etions 2 semaines après l’ouragan qui a presque tout detruit y compris le toit de l’hôtel, donc nos critiques sont à revoir en temps normal »

« Le complexe est très bien entretenu a l’extérieur, par contre les chambres ne sont pas très propre au quotidien. Le personnel n’est pas souriant, comme si ils sont en fonction par obligation. La plage est petite et beaucoup d’algues. Je ne recommande pas. »

« Horrible, il n’y avait aucun moyen de les rejoindre pour rentrer dans l’hébergement, ils ne répondaient pas au téléphone, donc je n’es jamais pu prendre possession de la chambre et j’ai dû rebrousser chemin et me trouver autre chose quand tout est loin dans ces environs. »

« Quite unclean bathroom and room. Bathroom sink was leaking, toilet seat had stains on it, and bathroom floor had cracks and ants. Shower was rusty and water sprayed in different directions. Room’s bed was blocking the entrance and floor had ants. Quite terrible condition »

« The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left. »
