7.8 sur 10, Bien, (7 avis)
« Nice resort and spa. Facilities were clean and well organized. Breakfast for fee was pretty good. Pool was big and clean. Steam room and sauna were pleasant. It should have been no kids especially with no adult supervision sign. Kids were getting in and out the steam room and sauna, making room temperature decking. Staff is not smiling. All questions are answered with rude voice and gesture, no eye contact. All answers started with NO without explanation. Additional questions were needed to get...

« It is a reasonably comfortable stay in somewhat outdated facility. The location is good, the hotel us surrounded by picturesque woods with a brook running through them.
The room was ran down and old but spacious. Kitchen and the refrigerator was a big help.
The breakfast was very basic for Armenia. »

Best Western Plus Paradise Hotel DilijanDilijan
9.2 sur 10, Merveilleux, (50 avis)
« Excellent -- attentive, helpful and friendly -- staff!! My room was very clean and was kept clean during my 6 nights in the hotel. The restaurant was also excellent. There are three pools in this hotel, which is also impressive. I am more negative about three matters which are probably less relevant for most people. First, the gym is a dangerous disaster zone and should be avoided. Neither of the running treadmills worked during my rather lengthy stay. None of the equipment worked and the two...
