"Frühstück hatte große Auswahl. Zimmer waren erstklassig und sehr sehr sauber. Aufzüge haben oft nicht funktioniert. Treppenhaus konnte oder durfte nicht genutzt werden."

"Personal an Rezeption und Concierge sehr hilfsbereit Late Checkout ohne Aufpreis Gym sauber und soweit okay Das eine Laufband war nicht für mich geeignet (90+ kg) - hat immer gebremst. Großes Plus ist der Pool inmitten der anderen Hochhäuser- zum Schwimmen leider etwas zu flach… Unser Zimmer hatte Badewanne statt Dusche, die könnte man mal ersetzen. Der Schrank ist recht klein. Weiteres Plus: im Gebäude ist eine Mall mit einigen Restaurants. Wir haben 2 ausprobiert und beide waren für Mitteleuropäer gut geeignet"

"Our stay at the Prince Marco Polo Hotel in Hong Kong was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine hospitality. A special thank you to Ken for taking care of the check-in and ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a room on the 15th floor, which was exactly as requested: quiet, comfortable, and ideal for relaxing after a busy day in the city. Beyond Ken, the entire team contributed to making the stay memorable through their attentive and seamless service. The hotel’s location is a major strategic advantage. Being directly connected to Harbour City, one of Hong Kong’s largest shopping malls, made everything incredibly convenient; from dining to shopping and logistics. At the same time, the hotel is perfectly positioned for exploring the city: • Victoria Harbour promenade - just a short walk away, offering iconic skyline views • Star Ferry Terminal - quick access to Central and Hong Kong Island • Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront - ideal for evening walks and the Symphony of Lights • Kowloon Park - a nearby green escape in the middle of the city • Avenue of Stars - a must-see attraction celebrating Hong Kong cinema This combination of premium service, thoughtful upgrades, quiet room quality, and outstanding location made the stay highly efficient and enjoyable.
