The game room and 1st floor living area have 70" smart Tv's. 3 A/C units will ensure you stay comfortable and cool during your stay. The windows have electric exterior shades to block light the heat during the hottest times of the day.

The pool is gated for your children protection. The gate does not have a lock. Children must be monitored at all times and while in the water.



POOL/SPA HEATER: is inconsistent. Please check prior before booking if the heater is operating if you want them to be heated. We also need 3 days advance notice. Hot tub $25/ day. Pool $75/day.



Our home is located in the mountains which is a natural habitat for all kind of pests, bugs and spiders. We professionally treat our home for pests. However if doors are left open they WILL come inside. Do not leave doors open in the house to avoid unwanted pests in the home.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive check-in instructions the day prior to check-in!



Other Things to Note:

Please note there are no parties, events, gatherings, smoking or loud music allowed. This is a peaceful retreat where guests can enjoy the true desert.



The pool and spa can not be heated at the same time! Please inquire if the pool/spa heater is working prior to booking.



Water has a travel up the hill give it some time to reach the top floor.



No USPS mail allowed unless delivered to the front door. Amazon packages, FedEx and UPS can be delivered to the front door.
