This casa is also placed by a popular bike path connecting 9 parks and 10 schools including the UofA.

➤ This cozy 2 bedroom/2 bath comes with a private pool and high brick walls. Giving you a feeling of comfort and privacy. A home away from home.

➤ Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook and bake. Utensils, pots and pans, silverware, etc.

➤ The living room and bedrooms are fully equipped with smart T.V.s. and/or Roku's. All you need to do is sign in with your account. Disney+ and Discovery+ guest accounts will be an option.

➤ Our bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized memory foam beds and memory foam gel pillows, ensuring you will have a great night's sleep.

The home, laundry room, and private backyard will be entirely yours to relax in.



Other things to note

➤There is no access to the garage.

➤There are vacant buildings with windows on the other side of the wall overlooking the back patio area. No one is currently occupying the buildings due to a fire. Rest assured the back patio area is private.

➤The pool is not heated but enjoy our newly installed 4-person hot tub instead.
