Situé à côté de l'autoroute avec passage intensif jour et nuit, c'est très bruyant. L'environnement n'est pas terrible. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais sans plus et la grande chambre reste basique.

Une seule nuit passée dans cet hôtel, expérience désastreuse. La chambre était sale, le sol collant, micro-onde en panne. Ultra bruyant. Personnel pas à l’écoute qui n’a pas voulu ou pu nous donner une couverture supplémentaire. A fuir !

of this property, which I can say is dirty, at least at most they steal from the guest according to the deposit fee is 50 dollars and they charged me 75 dollars and in a week it will be a month of this reservation and they have not refunded my money They have not contacted me and I have no answers for my money.

I liked everything except the carpet. Never liked carpet in hotels. It was a a tad dirty , but everything else seemed pretty fresh and new. The outside was a bit scary going in a t night but in side it was nice. Great breakfast and great xoffee

The room did not smell good, stale smoke I think. The towels were very thin and there were not enough for 2 people. Lots of noise from motorcycles and loud cars. The bed was comfortable but needed a heavier blanket so I had to turn the heat on. The tub needed non-skid strips so people don’t slip in the shower.

Would not stay here again. Very noisy, dirty and did not feel like a safe area. Pictures make it look nice but don’t be fooled.

It was so dirty and shabby. I walked from my bed to restroom, came back and the bottom of my feet were black. The floor molding was dirty and the window was filthy. I have to say though that the staff was very nice but unfortunately we were so uncomfortable the first night we didnt bother to stay the second even though we paid for 2 nights. We went to a luxurious hotel.

What is advertised and what we got were not the same. We arrived early for which we were explained check in was after 3:00p so the staff could complete cleaning all the rooms At 3:00pm we were assigned room 258. The clerk had much difficulty entering the necessary tasks to complete the transaction and I had a reservation for two days made in advance. After being assigned the room we opened the door to room 258 and were greeted with trash on the floor, no towels, linen bunched up on one bed, no beds made. I immediately went back to the desk clerk explained what we found. I was assigned a new room. It was better, but not to a reasonable clean standard I am accustomed to. This hotel is not what I would recommend for kids, (I had my grand daughter with me). Not please with what was advertised vs what I received… needs a lot of work

This property is very affordable. It's located downtown, very close to the TCC. The staff is very helpful. I like how the room are set up. Main room in the front, then the sitting area is separated by the bathrooms.

We picked this hotel for the location and price. It seemed clean enough, however, there was a good-sized cockroach on the floor at the foot of the bed when we entered our room! It was quickly disposed of and we found no other problems. We had a lower level room, which has it's advantages. However, the people above us were busy most of the night, into the early morning hours. The floor was constantly creaking like someone was pacing the floor all night. At first I appreciated not having any carpet in the room, until the all night floor creaking. Thankfully, we were only there one night, and that night all the rooms were sold out.

The room was fairly clean, but the toiletries were used, only two towels, the TV was unplugged, the phone did not even have a cord and was unusable. The room also had three doors, and is located near a construction site. I did not appreciate how you can hear all the noise the people on the second floor were making while I was trying to sleep. I almost bumped into a scary looking young African-American homeless man as I was stepping out of my room. The listing for this Inn says it offers a breakfast buffet, but all it consists of is packets of oatmeal, muffins, bagels, but no cream cheese, toast, some "one per person" microwave breakfast sandwiches that were soggy and tough to chew on, apples, coffee, and orange juice. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND MISLEADING!!

This is definitely a bargain hotel, which makes sense for people who just need a place to sleep during their travels, but definitely not for a family that plans to spend time chilling at the hotel during the day. The staff was great! When we asked for more towels, they brought more towels within 15 minutes. Also, the breakfast was pretty good for the cost. Our biggest issue was with the cleanliness of our room. The top bed sheet had black smudges, the towels as well. Our bed sheet had what appeared to be a make up stain on it. Also, the floor was clearly unswept. I am not a fancy person, but I would never stay at this hotel again.

It was very conveniently near a carls jr. Literally same parking lot. So that was nice. Was pretty quiet from traffic and people. Both front and back door of room closed and locked. Made us feel safe.

I have been coming to this motel multiple times throughout the years and it have genuinely gone down hill. During one of my stays my room door reader jammed and refused to unlock my door. Staff then had me wait until the morning the next day to get it open by the owner, all my sons belongings including medicine where in accessible for 12 hours. Zero refund and zero complimentary stay, just an apology. And today when checking-In I found a dead mouse decomposing in my room. I took photos and nothing was done.

Checking in and out was fast and easy. Lack of cleanliness was the main issue. The updated bathroom was nice, however there were a lot of ants on the sink and floor boards. There were also drink rings on the TV stand and night stand, so I'm assuming these were not wiped down. The floor also did not appear to be vacuumed. The beds were made and looked clean. I used the microwave and fridge and both worked and were clean. The motel is in a convenient location and it felt safe.

Continential breakfast could be better. Egg muffins are wrapped in paper so likely have been prepared days before use. Even though not many at breakfast the large coffee urn had to be made and a few items were no available. This was a Ssaturday.

The property was fine it’s Expedia that’s a scam and horrible to deal with. The way the booking system is set up is a disgrace. You enter a date then select a property and as soon as you do that it defaults to another date. If you don’t check it books for the default date and not the date you originally selected. Then they charge you because of the no refund policy. Scam.

The room is not clean especially the bathroom. Dirt in the corners. One wash cloth, one hand towel and two towels for four. The bar of soap broke into pieces when opened. The toilet paper holders both fell apart. In fairness the beds are comfortable and the sheets are clean.

It was fine, but saw huge roach in the bathroom.

Had limited amenities in the rooms and on the property. Very noisy street traffic made it hard to sleep.

This motel is next to a very loud highway. When you check in at night, the lobby is closed and only a window is open for transactions. We had a very nice lady check us in, but there was a long line and the area had lots of police activity. Our room was not clean. We left early and moved to another hotel the next day.

Es ist ein Motel. Es ist sauber und praktisch wenn man in Downtown Tucson unterwegs ist. Da es nahe am Highway liegt, war es etwas laut.
