This property was small and simple. It worked for an overnight place to sleep- and get up and go. Loft was not cool or have any air circulation. We went a bought fan for my granddaughter to use. Did not like the old used dirty looking fly traps in windows or dirty cabinets and dishes. Unit did need to be cleaned. We tried hot tub, it had a lazy lift on cover, that just fell to the ground and was too heavy for me and my granddaughter to pick up. If you sleep in bottom room, you hear traffic all night. We didn't see any outside seating - no dishwasher- that's just a few basics.My granddaughter and me did enjoy watching a movie on the couch (Couch is smaller in person) together before calling it a day,
