Very nice hotel and relaxing days! Fully recommend
The hotel is located directly at the beach. The hotel was very clean and the room and the hotel nice decorated. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Her dog is the best! Breakfast was good, but with not so much selection. Even when the breakfast was for free we had to tip. Still the location of the restaurant is at the beach and thus pretty nice. Sometimes the donkey Sancho comes for a drink too. In total we felt very welcome and can fully recommend the hotel!

Service was impeccable. Alex basically planned our itinerary for our entire trip. Daily breakfast was amazing, especially the green juice and seasonal fruit planner. The property is beautiful, located right on the beach, and a convenient store is right across from the hotel, where you can get all the necessities.

Excellent experience at Dune Boutique Hotel. Check-in/out was a breeze thanks to the great work by Alex at reception. The room was clean and comfortable, AC, hot water and toilet worked all perfectly fine. The property is nice and the crew does their best to clean the beach of sargassum every morning. Other properties in the area seemed to not care as much.

Everyone at the hotel was amazing. The hotel itself was amazing, very clean and organized. Alex at the front desk is great and very helpful. Their restaurant is amazing and the food is delicious! The waiters were all very polite and kind and gave great advice on what places to visit and to avoid. The hotel is at a very convenient location and it makes it safe to walk anywhere. Can’t wait to go back. I absolutely enjoyed my stay.

Incredible location, views, food and staff!
Amazing, eco friendly hotel with incredible staff. The food was fantastic as well. We ate there nearly every meal. The views of the ocean were amazing and there are a ton of seating or laying options to relax and have a drink. The staff treated us like family and we felt at home there. If visiting Tulum, stay here! You will be happy you did.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights before our stay in Tulum Centro. Weeks before our stay I contacted the front desk to arrange airport transport. They were very helpful booking our private pick up from the airport. Our check in was fast and easy, Alex, the front desk concierge handled everything well and perfectly. I had mentioned to the lovely concierge team that we were traveling to Tulum to celebrate our honeymoon. The staff decorated the room with balloons and rose peals. We found it to be a great surprise and such a kind gesture. During our stay, Alex listened to our likes and dislike for food and gave great restaurant recommendations. Our first night we arrived during dinner time, we decided to eat at the dune restaurant. Their food is truly sublime. The grilled octopus is a must try. The location itself is two doors down from taboo, you will hear loud music but it is to be expected. Dunes staff are very friendly, courteous and easy going. I really appreciated being treated like family at dune. Dune is a place I would highly recommend to my family at friends.

We decides to book a last-minute honeymoon and stayed at The Dune. The hotel was amazing, but the staff really went above and beyond. Alex and Abraham were so kind and welcoming and gave great recommendations for things to do and places to see. The restaurant staff was also so nice and attentive. Can't recommend this place enough.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Dune!! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip, with easy access to the Town via taxi or collectivo bus, and within walking distance to fantastic food and dancing spots in the Beach area :) I want to highlight what made our stay truly amazing. Throughout our four-day stay, the entire hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Alex and Abraham were always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations, going the extra mile to ensure we had the right directions when calling a taxi. Anita took great care of our room, cleaning and tidying it with utmost attentiveness. I must also mention that Dune's food and drink menu offered a variety of options at reasonable prices, and everything we tried was yum! The restaurant/bar staff, including Carlos, Abraham, and Arturo, provided exceptional service throughout the day. Although some reviews mentioned noise from a neighboring club, it did not bother us or affect our overall enjoyment. The only aspect we didn't love about it was the repetitive and outdated music selection. I absolutely recommend Dune to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and worry-free beachfront escape. It's perfect for couples and also great for a trip with friends, especially if you're not seeking a party scene onsite.
