Wundervoller Ort zum Entspannen

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und haben die Wohnung sehr genossen, viel Platz und alles was man braucht. Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung und auf der Dachterrasse kann man die Abende genießen. Ein Auto ist für den Weg zum Strand mit Sonnenschirm und Liege notwendig

Great apartment with a nice outdoor area and very well located!

We had a great time in Denis and Carolyn's apartment. We were 5 adults and a toddler and it was more than enough space for all of us. The outdoor are on the roof is super nice to relax during the day and for a delicious BBQ in the evening. Since we rented a car, the location was perfect. In about 10 minutes you will find the beautiful beaches of Tulum and also the town center with a lot of shops and restaurants. Denis and Carolyn provided us with a lot of information about Tulum and the whole area, so we were really prepared for a relaxed time there. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

We had a great stay at the penthouse @ Aldea Zama. It was an amazing spot to spend some days with my grown children. The pools were awesome and we loved the rooftop patio for grilling and soaking. Our host was available all the times we reached out with an almost immediate response time. I would stay there again if I end up in Tulum anytime in the future!

The place was large and spacious. Loved that everyone had their own bathroom. We hit cold weather so we didn’t use the plunge pool but we could sit out on the deck or just inside with the doors open. Hardly used the AC but we used once and it worked well.

The house was great!! We went on our first vacation to Tulum with 4 adults and 2 children. The home had more than enough room and space to accommodate us all comfortably. We made many meals in. The kitchen was well equipped for us to do this easily. The private roof top terrace and main floor side patio with loungers were our favourite places to hangout and relax. Enjoy the weather and all the birds!! The plants and decor were lovely as well. Any concerns we had were dealt with promptly and properly. Home is in a nice area and close to the amenities we needed. We would stay here again!! Thanks so much!!

Our family had a great experience at Zama Village. It was close enough to walk to nearby cafes and markets or take bikes or taxis to the beach. There is a hotel with a taxi stop right across the street or a block down you can rent a scooter or additional bikes (the condo has 2 available). The place was safe and clean. Everything was available that we needed for cooking and or daily use. The private patios are amazing for relaxing and hanging out. The owner was prompt in answering messages and did an amazing job putting together the guides. Definitely recommend seeing the main sites while you visit. We did a tour through Viator and visited the Tulum ruins, swam with the turtles and in the cenotes. ***side note: If you fly into Tulum, avoid the people at the airport stands telling you about the sites. They are trying to hook you for a presentation for a vacation package at a local resort.)

Tulum 2025 Bike and Snorkel

Very relaxing, and clean place to stay with a lot of room. Host has many resources for stay and are listed well on the Vrbo site. Minor maintenance issue was addressed very quickly. Lana was very responsive and helpful when needed. We used provided bikes to get around and they worked well. We rented two additional bikes and brought bike helmets with us from home. Most do not use bike helmets in Tulum. The area for bike storage was convenient; we managed to store the additional two bikes in this area, but tight. We cooked in house 1/2 the time and felt we had all we needed. The accent lighting is a nice touch. The roof top plung pool was refreshing / relaxing.

This home was absolutely flawless in every way imaginable. Very warm and spacious; tasteful decor; lots of comfortable, private areas to relax; well-equipped kitchen; the sky terrace is amazing.and terrific place for BBQ and small pool/jacuzzi for cooling off. Lana, the owner, was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Switched, remotes, drawers, etc. are all labeled which made the house easy to navigate. Location is quiet, safe and walking distance to a small market, cafes, etc. Also within short drive to restaurants, stores and beaches. Recommend without reservation and will stay here again when in Tulum.

Phenomenal place!

This place is AMAZING. It is HUGE! There is the main floor patio with outdoor dining, hammock and lounge chairs, PLUS a bonus rooftop patio with dining, lounging, cooled plunge pool! The ambiance at night, with the GIANT sun and opposing moon must be seen to be appreciated. You have to turn on the blue light moon at night. 10 out of 5 stars. Thank you!!

Lovely stay! Excellent communication and guide book (pdf document emailed by owner) with excellent tips about great places to go and things to see while there. We had an amazing time. My kids absolutely LOVED the pool and we were the only people using the pool every time we went. Not that we needed to have it all to ourselves but it was a very different experience compared to some places where the pool is always crowded. Location was perfect with quick access to town or beach and the rooftop was amazing!! We would absolutely stay here again!

Family trip to Tulum

We had an amazing time in Tulum. It was our first time vacationing in Mexico and we absolutely loved it. Casa Luna Del Sol was an absolutely beautiful condo. The location was perfect. A super safe and walkable area. Five minutes by car to the beach or to Tulum town. We spent the days doing excursions and then walked just a few minutes down the street to a local market for dinner. We had the best sausage pizza ever! (Cooked over a wood oven with wood cut from the nearby jungle) as well as the best Rib Eye steaks my son had ever had. The condo itself was wonderful Very warm and inviting. We traveled with our three kids ages 26, 23 and 16. Plenty of space and comfort for a family of five. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was super nice. The rooftop patio was amazing. A beautiful place to relax under the stars. Our only wish is that we had a full day without excursions to enjoy it. Ha ha. The host Lana was awesome. She was extremely kind and helpful I reached out several times and she was quick to respond and gave lots of suggestions etc. I absolutely recommend staying at Casa Luna Del Sol. A piece of paradise in the jungle

All that and more!!

My daughter sponsored this trip for my birthday and it was better than expected! They say kitchens and bathrooms can sell a place but I was sold before I made it to the stairs! The ambiance after walking through the front gate is more than one can imagine with the beautiful pool and tropical plants all around. The unit itself is immaculate! The kitchen is spotless and there will be no fighting over the 3 bedrooms as they are all equally great with stone walls, closet systems and super clean En Suite bathrooms! I was given the use of the master that had a king sized bed and patio doors that opened to a covered deck with dining table and opened out to a fully furnished patio that was also accessible via the living room. The other bedrooms had small balcony's as well. We enjoyed a meal or two there when it rained. We took the stairs up to the private rooftop and there we daydreamed about owning such a place while relaxing in the wading pool and under the covered area (it can get quite sunny and hot) as well as lounging on the uncovered patio. We spent one day enjoying the decks and relaxing before going to dinner. I recommend it. There are no downsides to this condo. However, you should make arrangements for a roundtrip ride from the airport and back or rent a car. We used USA Transfers. Lana Hill responded to my texts within minutes but I really didn't need to contact her as she provides a great guidebook to you just before you travel! Stay here! You won't regret it!
