La Veleta is a developing area, so the streets are not yet paved or marked. Tulum is experiencing unprecedented growth, and as a result, the infrastructure may occasionally fail, leading to interruptions in water, electricity, or internet services. These situations are beyond anyone's control and are an inconvenience that visitors to Tulum must understand as a possibility. Therefore, as is common with most rental properties, refunds are not offered if any of these issues occur. However, we promise to do everything possible to restore all services as quickly as possible.
