Check-in time to the house is at 4:00 pm, and we kindly ask you to coordinate your arrival with our Concierge. The maximum capacity of the villa is 26 people; however, the price may vary depending on the number of guests staying in the house.

✢ Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed to enter the property.

✢ No external personnel or visitors are permitted (for security reasons).

✢ Cleaning is not included; it can be requested and scheduled at an additional cost.

✢ Bed linen and towel changes are also upon request, with an additional fee.

We believe that great food is a key element of an unforgettable holiday experience. While Tulum has plenty of fantastic dining spots, there's something extra special about having a private chef at your service. With our chef provider, you can enjoy gourmet meals up to three times a day



Please note that chef service is available for an additional cost based on the menu you choose — for example, breakfast from $250 MXN, lunch from $350 MXN, welcome menu from $600 MXN, and dinner experiences from $500 MXN per person (pricing varies by menu and number of guests). It's like enjoying a restaurant-quality experience, right in the comfort of your villa! Many of our past guests have taken advantage of this amazing experience, and we truly recommend it.



How it works: As your arrival date approaches, the chef will get in touch with you. They’ll provide a variety of pre-set menu options for you to select from (similar to a restaurant), and help you plan your meals, including vegetarian and vegan choices. Meal prices depend on factors like group size, dish selections, and the time of year. We offer a wide range of dishes at different price points to meet your needs.



The Neighborhood:

This villa is located within a gated community in ALDEA ZAMA, one of Tulum's most upscale neighborhoods, positioned between the town center and the hotel zone. You'll find cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores all within walking distance.



The town center of Tulum is roughly a 10-minute drive away, offering a range of dining options, bars, convenience stores, souvenir shops, and charming local experiences. The Tulum beaches and hotel zone are around 10-15 minutes by car, depending on your specific destination and traffic conditions. In this area, you'll also find high-end dining options, additional souvenir shops, fantastic beach clubs, bars, boutiques, cenotes, and numerous other attractions for a complete Tulum Jungle-Beach experience.

2. Fauna Encounters:

Wildlife Abounds: Tulum is home to a diverse range of creatures, from sea turtles to jungle-dwelling species. These animals may pass through or seek new habitats due to ongoing changes and construction: Please do not harm any wildlife you encounter. Notify us if you come across any animals so we can safely return them to their natural environment. Additionally, we strongly recommend keeping food in the fridge to avoid tempting these little friends, as we have no control over their persistent search for food.



3. Weather & Hurricanes:

Natural Occurrences: Quintana Roo is prone to hurricanes and heavy rains. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover any cancellations related to these events or similar situations.

Growing Town: Tulum is rapidly evolving, and some streets may be challenging to locate or not fully paved. For example, zip codes can also be mixed, and streets with the same/very similar names or hard to find.
