„We stayed in February 2026 for our annual girls trip (year 17!) and this place was everything we hoped for. The location is perfect, and check-in and check-out were seamless.Ben was incredible — he kept the grounds looking great, built the fire pit for us, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire stay. „Hosts Clayton and Heather and their housekeeper Keisha were all very nice and welcoming! The Charming Cottage has had a recent renovation and clearly the kitchen, bathroom, sliders, furnishings, appliances, exterior etc. all seem brand new. While the beach and downtown are close and technically walkable, I found prior reviews overstated the proximity and feel as though renting a car during your stay would enhance your stay. “

The villa is stocked with basic amenities (Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash)to make a quick back pack trip perfect. Kitchen has a full fridge, apartment size stove and was stocked with some coffee, sugar, cream and a gallon of water.
