Hi Brooke.Thanks for your feedback. All we wanted to do was to help you - and we thought that we had. We offered you to stay at Ulladulla Motel, which is a nice little motel on the other side of the Harbour. We had a burst Main Water pipe, which meant that you would have no water at all at the property no shower, no toilet & no drinking water, which is why we relocated you to Ulladulla Motel. We had no idea how long it would take to find and repair the pipes, and we generally thought you would enjoy your stay at Ulladulla Motel. It is not a cheaper motel, as you claim, on the contrary. At no time did you contact us back to say that you didn't like the room or didn't want to stay there, and had you done that we would most certainly have refunded you the full price, due to the circumstances. You could have called or returned to our office, but you never did.

We do not offer breakfast, this all closed down after covid and has never been reopened. Our office closes at 6pm as well as the pool as we are not there to supervise the pool for safety.

Dear RobynThanks for your feedback - or lack thereof. We are not sure what is poor with the room, as you never approached us to discuss the matter. We would have been happy to upgrade you to a room suited for you, but we never heard anything back from you.When you arrived, you were taken to the room before you paid, and you were very happy with it.Your room had a queen bed, clean linen, living room with large TV, sofa, air-condition, private ensuite, and a large fridge/freezer.Please be specific next time you leave a review, so we have a chance to find out what you were unhappy with.Have a great weekend.Cheers Ulladulla Harbour Motel

Thank you, for your review. We tried to contact you via text and call before our office closed at 6pm. The office hrs, are on the website- 2pm till 6pm. We have 2 contact number on the office door, an afterhours number on the message machine and a phone next to the check in box which goes to our afterhours number. We also had staff onsite who were able to help you when you checked in.
