« The hotel is styled with the German Alpine theme throughout Helen. It is in the downtown district with restaurants and shops. I would want to stay here for the convenience of getting around and the clean comfortable room again. »

« We stayed in the king bungalow room with a full kitchen and spacious living room area, complete with a reclining couch and chair. The bedroom was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was pretty standard. Everything, for the most part, seemed new or nearly new.
Close to everything but not in the middle of it. FYI: The driveway up to the motel is pretty steep, which makes walking up it after a night at the beer halls or bars a little challenging. We would stay again. »

« Front desk employee was amazing. She checked us in and also printed/shared the history of Helen. She was very sweet. The breakfast employee was also sweet and polite.
The building is outdated in places, it can use an outdoor facelift ans new windows.
The pool area can use some fresh paint and a good pool cleaning and painting update.
The bathrooms were clean and updated. The room were clean, but can also use some updated paint and fresh flooring.

« Rooms comfortable and quiet. Beds were great. Hot breakfast enjoyable. The views from the back deck were awesome. We traveled with our service animal ( Chillidog ) and the staff made us feel welcome. We look forward to staying again on our next visit in the area.

« The seafood buffet is great value for the the price. All staff were very helpful and friendly. This is a beautiful upscale rustic venue with several extra options such as walking/hiking, beach volleyball, golf, etc. »
