When we got there our room was very warm, so we lowered the air conditioning. It didn't cool things off, so we went to the office and they sent a lady to help. « Le personnel à l'accueil est très sympathique et prêt à aider. La chambre est simple mais très propre. Point positif: pas de moquette, mais du parquet! Y étant fin octobre, les couleurs automnale des arbres étaient magnifiques. Un arrêt de bus PRT (ridePRT.org) amène au centre ville (ligne Y46 pour 2,75$ en à peu près 50 minutes) en moins de 50m. »

« The room was in need of a very good deep cleaning. There were spots on the wall and around the light fixtures that we could only hope were coffee or some other type of brown food. The baseboards were coated in dust and dirt. The sheets were a dingy yellowish color that I was reluctant to lay on, and the bedspread was extremely stiff and scratchy. « Wish there was another place under 300 after Morgan Wallen. He was nice when we checked in at like 1:15 am but the room smelled like mildew, the floor felt disgusting walking on, and our sheets and towels were stained. Also, when checked out, said we would get our 50 dollar deposit back, but 3 days later it has processed and taken off of pending! Definitely not worth the price or the extra 50 bucks we didn't get back. And all we did was sleep there after a concert »

« Mon dieu..... Quelle honte.... Un motel d'une rare saleté. J'ai commencé par nettoyer le sol avec une serviette et de la javel (La mienne). Je ne vous laisse imaginer la couleur de la serviette après ça. Le dernier nettoyage du sol doit remonter à plusieurs années. Le frigo était complément couvert de glace et dégueu! Le micro onde je préfère ne même pas en parler (moisissure et nourriture). La salle de bain est également passée par la case JAVEL. Le service Hotel.com a été super mais cet...
