« We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is wonderful, kind, and very helpful for getting around Hakuba! It’s very close to Goryu and several restaurants. They also serve dinner and breakfast there if you don’t want to go out, and the food truck outside is a big plus. It was great to have a quiet accommodation near the slopes. The dry room has a spot to place your ski equipment as well. »

« We stayed for 17 days. The listing states "ski in / ski out access". This is untrue. The property is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. There are portions of the walk that are unsafe if there is snow in the side of the roads, busses and traffic have to stop and go around pedestrians. The ski shuttle stop is at the resort. Uber/Taxi was 12 USD one way at the time of our stay/this review. There is no breakfast or food whatsoever at this hotel. There is one microwave for the entire hotel. It was...
