« It was easy to find and the host was very friendly, humble and professional »

« Buen desayuno »

« Amazing spot. Process was great no front desk to deal with. Was a great place to do what you have to do in Puerto Rico to come back to a peaceful place right at the sea. The common areas are a great selling point. Parking and private access was a plus. They have everything around you when you want to take a break from Puerto Rican food. I will book again. »

« Property is under renovation with no staff at the front desk and a phone number which no one answered. No parking. Has a very gloomy atmosphere throughout the entire indoor areas. Check-in and check-out was done immediately. Fortunately, I was transferred to their nearby sister property, Hotel Meliá, and it made all the difference in the world. An iconic hotel with lots of character, great location, parking and a great staff. »

« Demasiado bullicioso »

« We had a few inconvenience issues and pointed them out to the administration. They apologized but did not offer a courtesy credit or reward. »

« Overall, the experience was good. Upon arrival, our studio was not ready, although the cleaning staff resolved the issue quickly. The first impression was positive, but several details affected our stay. I also shared this same feedback directly with the host. 1. We could not control the A/C temperature, so the first night was extremely cold. 2. The provided bedsheet was stained and dirty, so we could not use it. 3. The sofa bed and upholstery were dirty. We included photos as evidence. 4. The...

« The place was not clean at all! The leaving room didn’t have A/C and it was sold as that 2 people could sleep there! The bathroom smell dirty, the walls were dirty ! Not happy at all »
