Tuve un error con la fecha de reservación, sé que fue mi error. Pero solicité apoyo para por lo menos un descuento o algo y pagar nuevamente las noches correctas en el hotel y no hubo nada que se pudiera hacer. Fue un no rotundo y me parece que pudieron tener más apertura, estoy completamente consciente que fue un error mío, pero me pareció muy mal que no me dieran alguna opción de apoyo. En fin.

Hola Lucia! Su reserva la tengo marcada como NO SHOW (no se presentó en la fecha estipulada de la reserva). Al menos no tengo ningun contacto de usted hacia mí (encargada de reservas del Hotel) pidiendo o solicitando alguna alternativa. No se con quien se habra comunicado usted. En general siempre estamos dispuestos a ayudar o colaborar dentro de nuestras posibilidades. Pero en este caso no estoy al tanto de la situación mencionada por usted.

Overall it is clean and neat! The staff are friendly. The breakfast coffee was amazing! The Breakfast system was not clear. There are only one person in the front desk, it took some time to check in or any inquiry.

Great location, lovely hotel.
A lovely stay at this hotel in the middle of town. I will definitely be booking this for my next trip. Staff very helpful. I was able to store my luggage following an early morning arrival, a few hours later I received a text saying my room was ready (before check in time). Great service all around So nice having a coffee shop restaurant on site. Nice breakfast too.

La ubicación más que excelente, el personal increíble, muy amables. La chica Lola una bella, nos ayudó en todo lo necesario y con una súper actitud. Agradezco las atenciones de todo el personal, hicieron nuestra estancia muy acogedora. Solo se necesita mejorar las camas :)

Nos quedamos 6 noches . Desayuno muy saludable y con una atención excelente . Todo el personal muy bien predispuesto y atento a lo que necesitábamos . Tiene una muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo . Teníamos la posibilidad de autoservicio cuando queríamos comer algo saludable . La habitación muy linda pero chica lo que en cierta manera resultaba algo incómodo encontrar lugar a la la ropa que usamos para ir a esquiar , pero por lo demás todo muy buen

Este hotel mais parece um hostel que um hotel , a recepção é o balcão do atendimento de uma lancheria , não tem onde deixar malas , tive que manter as malas na entrada do ‘ hotel * até as 14:00 que na verdade não tinha nenhuma segurança porque era acesso ao público para da lancheria ,carpete dos corredores muito sujos

Good hotel in Ushuaia
Very good breakfast included with the room. Having a restaurant in the hotel was convenient as well. They let us store our luggage with them so we could explore the city before and after our cruise which was very helpful. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was very nice and held our luggage and help get our laundry quickly. The staff is really super. There are no elevators and we were down several small flights of stairs to get to our room. The rooms and all the furniture throughout the hotels are very updated. The sofas in the lobby are visibly lumpy. The breakfast which is included is mostly day-old pastries and cookies.

Good located but old fashioned hotel.
Location is good but cant say the same thing for rooms. Very old fashioned. Our room was not located to the main street and it was impossible to open the windows since it was opened to the inner well. Smell from the kitchen was felt in the room. However, staff is very pleasant and helped us for many things that we faced during the stay. One more thing, room prices are extremely different in the reception than the prices on internet.

A cama é boa. O café da manhã é básico e sem variações. Apenas poucas opções. Chuveiro não é dos melhores. A porta do meu quarto não fechava de forma adequada. Tinha que tentar fechar por inúmeras vezes. De forma geral, agradou. Vista do quarto para o corredor do hotel. Frigobar estava desligado.

Off the Boat in Ushuaia
Arrived early in the morning after disembarking from Antarctica Expedition ship and was offered cold glass of water and early check-in! Cap Polonio location is excellent for enjoying Ushuaia activities. Room was great, overlooking lively Av. San Martin.

We stayed here for three nights while exploring Ushuaia. It's a nice simple hotel well located in the middle of town. The room was very large and clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel com excelente café/restaurante
Excelente localização, próximo a todas principais agências de turismo e restaurantes com melhores avaliações. Apenas a uma quadra do porto de onde saem todos os passeios de barco. Quarto confortável. Mas o diferencial é ter o Café Marcopolo Free como provedor do café da manhã e demais refeições. Excepcionais opções vegetarianas para lanches rápidos, além de pratos para quem quer fugir das tradicionais carnes, massas e centollas de Ushuaia. Em um eventual retorno à cidade, não hesitaria em me hospedar neste hotel.

Ótima opção
Gostamos muito da localização do hotel! Na rua principal, perto de tudo! O quarto tinha um tamanho excelente para acomodar a família (2 adultos e 2 crianças de 10 e 13 anos). Quarto quentinho e roupa de cama confortável. Só peca na acústica e no box do banheiro que molhava o chão. Café da manhã gostoso. O hotel atende muito bem! Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a escolha.
