Next to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen awaits, you’ll find everything you need, including a fridge, stove, oven, and plenty of storage space. Perfect for both long and short term rentals.

The adjacent dining area provides a lovely spot to gather and enjoy your meals together.

The townhouse features two inviting bedrooms. The main bedroom, located upstairs, includes a double bed.

The second bedroom offers a single bed, perfect for a guest or child.

Together, they comfortably accommodate up to three guests, offering both comfort and privacy.

The townhouse is equipped with a full bathroom that features a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. There is also an additional guest toilet, adding convenience and practicality for everyone in the house.

Public Transport: Buses are readily available and will take you to other parts of the island, so you can easily explore beyond Valletta.

Ferry Service: The nearby ferry terminal offers a scenic and quick way to travel to nearby islands or other locations across the mainland.

Taxis & Ride-Sharing: For added convenience, taxis and ride-sharing services like Bolt are easily accessible, making it simple to get around with ease.

Very important notes before booking:

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas.

*Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

* Shower gel
* Plate liquid soap
* Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
* Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
* Garbage bags
* Linens for the bed
* Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book.

If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
