Amazing stay in kitsilano!

Apparement très bien situé, très propre, très bien équipé aussi, avec même des jeux pour les enfants, notre endroit préféré de nos vacances dans l’ouest!

Very welcoming host and a well appointed apartment - the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, a great laundry room, and comfortable beds. I could have easily stayed a month and explored what is a phenomenal location and neighborhood. 2 blocks from a great grocery store; easy to downtown; park near by. The puzzles and books for my kids was such an extra bonus. 5/5

Beautiful, cozy, and warm. We had a delightful stay. Grocery two blocks away, tonnes of shops nearby, but still a slower, residential vibe. The hosts were fantastic, from early check-in to treats left for our family. We appreciated every aspect of our stay. Our only regret is that we weren’t staying longer!

Kool Kits is Five Stars and 10/10 Across the Board!

First, I am not a person who normally leaves reviews, and second, this was our first home stay experience. We had a family wedding to attend in the heart of Kitsilano for our son. Even 9 months prior to the wedding every hotel within a reasonable distance of Kitsilano was fully booked. And we needed room for six! When we started looking online, Kool Kits jumped out at us as a great option. And is sure was. The reviews are very reflective of what we experienced ourselves. Our family had an absolute adventure of a lifetime at the wedding and we had everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING, we could ask for here for our stay. The space is set up so you can spread out and have some privacy with several couples or a family. The bathrooms are super clean and tidy and well appointed. Other wedding guests who stopped by Kool Kits were all saying “Wow!” and “Our place isn’t this nice!”. The location was perfect for all of the wedding venues we attended in Kitsilano, Granville Island and UBC Campus. Shopping (and Starbucks) is a few blocks away. When the grandbabies start coming, we will be coming and staying here again! So, little anecdote for you. It rained most of the time over the wedding festivities, which did not damper spirits at all, and we had a ball with “the umbrella thing”. Umbrellas kept disappearing and reappearing and we added some from the wedding party to make sure we left more than disappeared. If you do come, leave an umbrella behind for the next folks to have fun!

Great Location

Excellent property, it was very clean and very inviting with all the conveniences of home. It’s a 10 minute walk to broadway st and a 45 minute walk to Granville Isle. It’s 15 minutes by Uber to Stanley Park. We loved our stay. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Vancouver.

Highly recommend this rental

Demitri and Jessica have created a beautiful, homey space in Kitslano. The home had everything anyone could need. The location was within a quick walk to many restaurants and cafes. The beach was also very close by and the walk through the neighborhood is peaceful and I’m missing it now. I would definitely stay here again. The check in and check out instructions were thorough and helpful. Loved our stay here!

The place is immaculate, quiet, perfect temperature. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms are dark so slept really well. House has many small but appreciated touches-tissue boxes, wine bottle, snacks, condiments and spices in kitchen. Excellent communication from hosts. walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Kool Kits was our home away from home!

From the moment we walked into Kool Kits, it felt comfortable and safe. The entire area was decorated carefully and well-appointed, with no expense spared. Each room was well-lit and comfortable, making it feel like home right away. Everything worked perfectly and nothing was left out. They thought of everything! Plenty of towels, spices in the kitchen, and other amenities were thoughtfully made plentiful. The friendly guide left for us was detailed and incredibly helpful. We even logged into our PlayStation account and kept up with our usual games! Cooking in the well-appointed kitchen was great, and we were able to have dinner and enjoy leftovers easily. Demitri was always just a quick text away and made us feel incredibly welcome, and that made it even nicer. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Vancouver.

Fantastic Stay at Kool Kits

If you are looking for a fabulous place to stay, in a great location, with ample free parking readily available, kind and helpful hosts, and amazing amenities, stat at Kool Kits! The suite has everything you can possibly want and much more. We were in Vancouver for my daughter's wedding, and Dimitri went above and beyond to make us welcome and comfortable, all the way to providing a "Congratulations" cake, sparkling wine, and sparkling water. The wedding was wonderful, and the accommodation was perfect. We hosted several extended family meals; the kitchen made food prep easy and the space was as warm and welcoming as if we'd been in our actual home. Well, nicer, actually, as I don't have Dimitri at home to take care of things!

Vancouver 21st bday & 30th anniversary celebration

My husband & I, along with our newly minted 21 year old daughter & her boyfriend got to stay at Kool Kits for 3 nights. The beds were amazingly comfortable, the unit was absolutely quiet (we couldn’t hear road noise or neighbors), and warm & cool given we were in the shoulder season. The unit has so many more amenities than listed & has & wonderfully stocked kitchen for cooking. It was convenient to grocery stores, a fantastic Italian restaurant (& others) and within close driving distance to downtown. Demitri made our stay special & we look forward to returning.

Perfect home away from home in Vancouver

We stayed at "Kool Kits" for 3 nights while we dropped off our daughter at UBC. Couldn't be happier with the stay. Lots of room for a family with two teenagers and the house was so well equipped. Kitchen had everything we could need, entertainment system was easy to use to watch TV at night, covered patio was the perfect spot to enjoy a meal, linens were excellent quality and beds were super comfy. The neighbourhood was the perfect location with access to all that Vancouver has to offer. Grocery store, bakery and restaurant all right down the street were convenient and made the stay easy and enjoyable.

A terrific stay at the most well appointed home. The hosts have anticipated every need. The house has amazing finishes, appliances, books, a stunning kitchen, comfortable beds, you name it. Whenever we come to Vancouver, we will look to stay here. Can’t say good enough things about this place.
