Hi James, Thanks for the review, Sorry it is a bit cluttered as the house just finished renovation. We changed all the carpet to hard wood floor as most guests think the wood floor is clean and more conformable. Now we have all settled, also the AC and heater are both replaced with ones. We do have a cat and it is said the reservation information, and most guests like the cat who is very friendly. thanks for your review, we would like to keep improve our service. Lisa

The website clearly indicate whether it is a shared or private bathroom. we have 3 rooms with private bathroom and one room with shared bath room which is also kept clean. Usually I could help to check in person, if I have to go out and buy some supplies, I would pass the passcode to the electronic locker in advance. And we would guarantee for your smooth check in. Dear Guest, The house is located in one of the best area in Vancouver. Safe and beautiful neighbourhood, close to Downtown(10 min drive by the Brad bridge) and airport. The house is renovated except the beautiful wood floor (it is considered as art craft). The electric wire, the bath rooms,etc. are all renovated. The house is equipped with beautiful antiques from Europe. Most of the guests did enjoy their stay and we are also eager to improve our service. Many thanks!

Dear guest, Breakfast is served from 7:30-10am, and it could be served as early as 6:30am per guest need. And usually it is served in time. If there is any delay, would be jus a few mins. Sorry for the smell of the food, we will keep the windows open when serve the breakfast. Best regards Lisa

Thank you for your detailed feedback. The house is located in first first residential area after downtown. This is the only bath room which is shared with me. All the other suite has private bathroom which is ideal for family. And we did get good reviews from the families who stayed in the family or Duplex suites which is clean and spacious too. Hi, Gary, Thanks for your comments. Regarding to Breakfast, We Serve Fried or Scrambled eggs, Bacon, Beef sausages, blue berry and chocolate Muffins, Croissants, Fruits and Yoghurt. Guests usually make their own toasts, and there is an automatic coffee machine. Thanks for your comments again and we would love to improve the way of serving Breakfast. Best regards Lisa
