Gutes Hotel zum entspannt in Kanada ankommen
Wir hatten das West Coast Suites für die ersten Tage in Vancouver gebucht. Zum Jet lag ausschlafen und in Vancouver ankommen gut geeignet. Eine Bichungsverlängerung für einen Tag war problemlos möglich, sehr nettes Personal.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits und leider sehr nah am Busterminal, auch finden in der Naehe groessere Baumassnahmen statt.Ansonsten sind die Zimmer sehr geraeumig, sauber und schoen, einige etwas dunkel.

If you want to be on campus this is the place to stay. Saved a bunch of money by not needing to rent a car. Took an Uber to and from the Airport.

Love this property for our stays at UBC for medical appointments …walking distance to hospital is awesome and having cooking facilities makes the trip less costly.

The heating was a bit noise as was the noise between units. The rainshower was lovely and it was very handy to have the kitchen...and be so close to the bus terminal

Quick family get away
Family of three stayed in a suite for two nights. The rooms are clean and well kept. The bedding was comfortable. We used the well stocked mini kitchen for simple breakfasts.The room is close to the bus exchange making it easy to get around.

Great, convenient place to stay. Would have given 5 stars but we were unaware check in took place in another building so that was confusing. But once that was taken care of, we were pleasantly surprised. Would stay here again.

Great accommodation, lively surroundings
Excellent accommodation for single person just looking for short term getaway, or for a family on Vacation in the Vancouver area. Front desk service, room cleanliness, linen, etc. all excellent. Transport hub nearby if public transport is needed. A bit pricy but good value for your money.

Accommodated us to check in a little early. Parking was not expensive and with the pass we could park close by. Great place to stay if visiting kids going to UBC. It is a large campus so lots of walking. Clean, modern and relatively quiet.

A lovely stay. Foot noise from above was a little loud in the morning, but it sounded like they had a hyper child, so really no one’s fault there. Would definitely stay again.

We loved almost everything about the property, but the fact that there wasn't a pool to use free of charge was a big disappointment. There are photos of a pool on websites we looked at so we felt misled. We were unpleasantly surprised that we would have to pay $14- 18 per person to use the pool. Other than that though, we're very happy with the hotel.

Thank you so much for choosing the West Coast Suites. There is no pool at the hotel but a state of the art pool right across the street. Public swim fees vary by time of the day. We apologize if this was not communicated properly.

Room was excellent. Would be an added bonus if there was a TV in the bedroom and would like an oven in the kitchen. Otherwise the suite was excellent for our needs for a week stay while in Vancouver.

We stayed for 4 days in June 23 during a visit with family and friends on Vancouvers West Side. Nice suite but the sofa / furnishings are a bit firm and surprisingly, TV had no Canadian news channel but carried FoxNews.

Great but need more housecleaning
We were very comfortable in our room -- I would've liked a little bit more housekeeping as the floor got dirty, even though we always took our shoes off. When I called the desk, everyone was very nice, but there were some disconnects with when our room was going to be cleaned. It was cleaned once in our 7 night stay -- would want more.

There are no typical hotel facilities available. Check-in is done in another building. In the room, no information about the area, like restaurants, grocery stores etc. Air conditioner did not work the first day but did get repaired.
