« Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible
Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible.
Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor »

The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store)
Hot water was not working in the room
