Had we been aware of the extent to which your sleep was disturbed, we would have taken immediate action to address the situation, such as offering a room change (always with lake view and of higher category). Unfortunately, as we explained, the activation of air conditioning is subject to municipal regulations, and it cannot be selectively activated for individual rooms.
