Piso La Noria 2 – Torre del Mar

Located in the heart of Torre del Mar, this spacious apartment offers an excellent location, just a 9-minute walk from the beach and 2.6 km from Playa de Almayate-Bajamar. With a capacity of up to 8 guests, it is ideal for families or groups looking for comfort and proximity to the sea.

Important information about occupancy and bed preparation

The apartment has 3 bedrooms. The second bedroom has two double beds, providing additional sleeping capacity for larger groups.

Bedrooms and beds are always prepared according to the number of guests included in the reservation.

1–2 guests: 1 bedroom with one double bed will be prepared.
3–5 guests: the beds will be prepared according to the number of guests in the reservation. The third bedroom will remain closed.
6 guests: all 3 bedrooms will be available and the beds corresponding to the number of guests will be prepared.

Important: For reservations of fewer than 6 guests, the third bedroom will remain closed.

If the reservation is for 2 guests and you would like to use the second bedroom as well, an additional set of bed linen can be provided for €5.

Likewise, if the reservation is for 3 guests and you would like to use additional beds or bedrooms beyond those prepared according to the number of guests, please inform us in advance of your arrival. The additional bed-linen set costs €5.

If the request for additional bed linen or a different bedroom arrangement is made on the day of arrival, an additional €10 fee will apply for staff travel and preparation, in addition to the €5 bed-linen fee, making a total of €15.

This policy allows us to keep the cleaning fee adjusted to the number of guests, preparing only the bedrooms and beds corresponding to the occupancy of the reservation.

We recommend informing us in advance of any special requirements regarding the use of additional bedrooms or beds, so that we can have the apartment prepared according to your needs before your arrival.

IMPORTANT – GUEST REGISTRATION AND ACCESS CONTROL

For security reasons and in accordance with current regulations, all guests staying at the apartment must be properly registered before or at the time of arrival.

The exterior access areas are equipped with video surveillance cameras for access control and security purposes. The number of people entering and staying in the apartment may also be checked and must correspond to the number of guests stated in the reservation.

It is not permitted to accommodate or allow access to unregistered guests without prior authorization.
