« The houseboat is everything it should be at a marina. Only trouble was the host saying we damaged a mattress but the mattress he sent me pictures of was not in the house we stayed in. Hopefully he got it figured out but still have not gotten an apology. »

« Over all the place was nice. Was a few things that needs to be fixed. Kitchen sink faucet spray nozzle is broken and hanging down, which made it difficult to wash dishes. Stove top glass is broken and only has 2 spots to cook. Lighting in bed room was very dim. We did enjoy our stay very much. Was very relaxing. »

« I have stayed in many VRBO rentals but NEVER have I had such a bad experience. The description states clearly that the kitchen is "fully stocked" well it isn't. There were two cups, two coffee cups, three forks, no bowls for mixing and cooking. The toilet leaked all over the kitchen floor before and after the plumber "fixed" it, the washer has mold and mildew in it, there were not ample linens, the beds had dirt in them, the mattresses have pee stains on them, the "hot" water is not hot, when I...

« Great property. Very new feeling, with well stocked kitchen. Easy to communicate with the owner. We would definitely stay there again. We were a crew of 5 guys there for a fishing trip. It was nice to have Crawgators right there to eat at every evening! Very convenient to the parking lot when loading and unloading. Third house down on the left from the gangway. »

« Everything was pretty good. The mattresses were pretty bad. The ac/heater would not stay running. We checked filter and it was plugged almost solid. We cleaned it and it worked for us. Not having ice machine is a downfall and had I paid closer attention and known there wasn’t one I might not have rented this. Overall accomodations were good and if you do add ice machine I rent it again. Oh and even the mattress in a box would better that what I slept on. »
