« We enjoyed our 2 night stopover to check out Phillip Island. The house was clean and well presented. It is well equipped with all you need including a washing machine and dryer. The game room was a hit with the end of the day unwind. The stairs are great outside although it did make it a bit harder to get stuff from the car in the rain. « The location is perfect for beach access. Beautiful sunsets and lounging on the upper deck. The house is a bit quirky in that the lounge area is upstairs and the kitchen is downstairs. Yes you can cram 12 people into the property but it would be a disaster. The place is too small for 12 people. If 10 of them were children under 12 that would work. The decor is very dated and tired. The inside is very dark downstairs too because of all the timber and the only small TV is upstairs which has issues...
