« Beautiful views of Ventura and the ocean from a comfortable home on a hill. We appreciated the off-street parking in a carport. We chose the home because of the two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. There was also a small bathroom upstairs. Lots of closet space was a benefit not usually available in a rental. We were a group of 5, two grandparents and a daughter, son-in-law and one granddaughter. We did have to be very careful on the stairs going down to the bedrooms from the living room....

« We had such a good time. Lisa and Morgan thought of everything. Loads of toilet paper :-) feminine products, spices and more. The beds were very comfortable. The rooftop patio was our hangout. Absolutely beautiful views and sunsets. The lights and fireplace on the rooftop patio made it so cozy. Great location, it took 5 minutes to walk to the beach. We can't wait to come back. »

« Stayed here with my son's families and their girls. There were 5 adults and 2 toddlers. This place was great as everyone had their own room and bathroom. Plenty of space and the beach was just a short stroll down the block. Easy to get to with a small beach town vibe. Sunny Days management team was very accommodating and great to deal with. I would stay here again. »

Quiet neighborhood and beach is literally 4/5 houses down! The Oxnard area gave me a feeling of laid back friendly welcoming neighbors. The owner's were easy to contact and responsive. »

« Brought elderly (80+) parents and kids for a short getaway. The location was “senior friendly” (bedrooms on first floor, steps to the sand and nice umbrella and table to eat outdoors) and “teen friendly” (beach, sand, games) — everyone had a wonderful time. Had a small hiccup during check-in and called the realty company and I was SUPER impressed by the person who helped me on the phone. She was helpful, kind and patient. (Thank you!) « Amazing property. If I could give this pace 6 stars I would still want to give more. The location was perfect. Several places we have stayed claimed to be steps away from the beach but this was legitimately "steps away from the beach." The location really felt like we were way out of town but we were actually just 10 miles away from every place you would need for shopping. The beach felt like a private beach as well. There was no one else within 100 yards of us on either side. The condo itself...

"J’avais de grandes attentes sur cet hĂŽtel dĂ©jĂ  vu le prix. On paie pour la vue c’est tout. C’est au bord de la Highway 1 , de l’autoroute 101. Et pour couronner le tout le passage du train qui siffle !! On a l’impression de dormir sur la route tellement c’est mal insonoriser. Ne prenez pas petit dĂ©jeunĂ© compris car c’est light un croissant un bol de cĂ©rĂ©ales et soit un cafĂ© soit un jus et si vous voulez du salĂ© vous payez en plus Pas trĂšs propre non plus. Les encadrements de portes collaient et les fenĂȘtres pas faites depuis un bon bout de temps. "
